Dear Colleagues,

Library Support Services at the New Jersey State Library, in partnership with ALA’s United for Libraries (formerly ALTAFF), has produced two webinars (links below) as an introduction to Library Law and Per Capita State Aid.  We invite you to view these webinars and then bring any questions you may have to our program at the New Jersey Library Association annual conference.  The program is called “Library Laws You Need to Know” and will be held on Wednesday June 5th from 3:30 to 4:20 in the Ocean F room.  Victoria Rosch, Michele Stricker and myself will guide you through the basics of library law including per capita state aid regulations and trustee law.
