REMINDER: Monday, October 7, 2013 deadline to submit summer reading statistics
Hi, Everyone,
Sorry for this Friday late afternoon reminder but Monday, October 7 is the deadline to submit your 2013 Summer Reading statistics if you haven’t submitted them already.

Books read should be converted to number of books read, not minutes, hours, etc. If your library doesn’t count books, please use this formula to convert the total to numbers before filling out the survey: 1 book = 1 hour or 60 minutes
or 100 pages.
You can also access the survey and get a PDF of the questions for preview on the front page of the NJ summer reading website at
www.njsummerreading.org.
The link to the survey is on the main website page and you do not need to log in to access it. I’m also including the survey questions with this announcement.
If you used Evanced, you can still report your statistics through SurveyMonkey or email them to me in an EXCEL format.
! You will not receive summer reading materials for the 2014 program unless you submit your statistics for 2013.
