Our New Jersey librarians are invited to join the New Jersey State Society in Atlantic City, Saturday, October 19, 4 to 6 pm, at a meet-up  at "Kelsey's"  restaurant, 1545 Pacific Avenue.   This event is in New Jersey, (as opposed to our home base of Washington, DC),  and is part of the Lighthouse Challenge weekend, October 19 and 20. We want to encourage our members and friends to visit a few lighthouses and then join us at Kelsey’s to enjoy soul-inspired appetizers, compliments of the New Jersey State Society.  A cash bar with happy hour drink specials will be available. There is no fee to attend.

Guests do not have to participate in the state-wide Lighthouse Challenge to join us at Kelsey's, but we are encouraging you to do this and to visit some of the Jersey Shore  lighthouses to donate a few dollars along the way to the different lighthouse museums.
