With the annual survey fast approaching I wanted to make sure that I had the correct contact information for all of the survey respondents. Attached please find a list of all the public libraries in New Jersey with the name and email address
of the person responsible for filling out the annual survey. Please take a moment to find your library in the list and make sure that the name and email address is correct for your library. Please respond to this email ONLY if the contact information is
incorrect.
