REMINDER: Annual Survey Deadline March 15th - 6 DAYS LEFT
Dear Colleagues,
This is a friendly reminder that there are 6 days left before the Annual Survey deadline of March 15th. If you have successfully submitted your survey you
should see one of the two following images in the top right of the data entry screen.
If you do not see either of those two images please resubmit.
Also, please note that if you have triggered edit checks this does not necessarily mean that your data is faulty. The survey is just asking for an explanation as to why the data is the way it is. Please use the note icon
next to the data entry field of the line that has the triggered edit check to add a note. Please be sure to click the ADD button when you are finished typing your note.
The note icon will turn amber 
if the note has been entered correctly. That will satisfy the edit check.
If you believe you will not have the survey completed before the March 15th deadline please try to get as much data entered as possible before the deadline. After the deadline, if your survey is still not complete I will send
out a form to request an exception to the filing deadline. No exceptions to the filing deadline will be granted prior to the March 15th deadline and without a signed request form.
