Dear Colleagues,

 

Municipal clerks and county clerks are tasked with the administrative responsibilities concerning financial disclosure statements (http://www.nj.gov/dca/divisions/dlgs/lfns/14/2014-06.pdf). They will determine if trustees and the director are considered “local government officers” and required to submit a financial disclosure statement. If you are instructed by the municipal/county clerk to file,  the deadline is June 13 (http://www.nj.gov/dca/divisions/dlgs/lfns/14/2014-07.pdf).
