I read the little rabbit who wanted red wings and it’s definitely a rabbit, not a teenage boy!

Subject: [njyac] Update: re: Help! patron looking for a book from her childhood....
Thanks to everyone who has been sending me their responses!
So here is what I've narrowed down the results to:
It’s not:
Black and Blue Magic by Zilpha Keatley Snyder
Skellig by David Almond
It could be:
The Little Rabbit Who Wanted Red Wings by Carolyn Sherwin Bailey
Wings by Christopher Myers
Hey Al by Arthur Yorinks
Arnold of the Ducks by Mordicai Gerstein
The Boy Who Had Wings by Jane Yolen
If anyone thinks of any picture books that aren't on this list- please let me know!
Thanks!

Subject: Help! patron looking for a book from her childhood....
I'm reaching out to see if you can help me with assisting a patron locate a book from her childhood- late 80's. It's a picture book about a boy who wakes up in the morning and his shoulder blades have turned into wings. This is all the information I have, although if she saw book covers I'm sure she could pick out the book.
Thanks in advance for your help!
