If you used any of the clip art from any of the CDs received with your summer reading manuals, anything that has been uploaded with that clip art- pictures, flyers, blogs, PDFs- must be removed.  The contract that CSLP has for the artwork is only for one year running October 1st- September 30th. You can still use your print versions in house.

Sorry, I am going to be the one to ask this question:
I sometimes use the artwork on my flyers. Those flyers are uploaded on Facebook and our blog. So, I"m assuming that any flyer with a CSLP graphic has to be removed? That's disappointing. I use those flyers to promote what we did in previous years. Regardless, this year I made my own graphics.

Please excuse the cross postings.

To comply with the Rules of Use from the Collaborative Summer Library Program (CSLP) all 2014 summer reading artwork must be removed from online outlets by October 1st. This includes websites, blogs, and Facebook pages.

For further clarification: It is OK to keep pictures of staff wearing summer reading t-shirts or pictures with artwork such as banners and posters in the background.  It is also OK to keep banners, posters, t-shirts, and other incentives from previous years.

The 2015 summer reading manuals will be shipped out in late October. There will be four manuals included your package: Early Literacy, Children’s, Teens, and Adults. Also included will be three disks that will have the new graphics. When you receive your manuals, feel free to start using the new graphics.

Thank you,
