Annual Survey now open
Dear Colleagues,
The Data Year 2014 Annual Survey is now open. Either you or your designee should have received your username, password and the URL for the survey last week. If you or your designee did not receive this information please let me know.
Please be advised that the deadline for submission of the Survey and Accuracy Certification is March 15, 2015.
The forms needed for the survey can be found at
http://www.njstatelib.org/services_for_libraries/resources/per_capita_state_aid/ under the Data Year 2014 heading.
For those libraries who have entered information in the Monthly Data Collection please note that your monthly data will be rolled over on January 20, 2015. You must have a complete 12 months of data entered for any data elements you would
like to be rolled over into the Annual Survey.
