Dear Colleagues,

In case you did not see this message posted on the LibraryLinkNJ forum I wanted to point out this unprecedented opportunity from JerseyConnect.  The hardware that the Managed Wifi program offers would enable libraries to capture the usage data necessary to answer the new Wireless Sessions per Year data element on the Annual Survey.  Please take a moment to read the announcement from JerseyConnect below and I hope that you will be able to sign up for one of the webinars discussing this program.

JerseyConnect Managed WiFi Service Webinars

With Cisco Meraki and Core BTS

 

JerseyConnect invites you to attend a live webinar to learn more about our recently announced Managed WiFi Service.

 

The webinars are intended to provide additional information for libraries that have already committed to using the service as well as for libraries that remain undecided about using the service. 

 

Undecided libraries that would likely seek E-Rate subsidization for the service now have until April 16th to make a decision and submit a Form 471 for subsidization this funding year.  For libraries that use E-Rate Central, E-Rate Central has asked that all interested libraries contact them for filing assistance by April 9th.

 

Webinar Dates & Times:

 

Dates and Times on the Registration Page may appear in Pacific Time Zone.  The adjusted time is posted in the first line of the description for each registration page.  It’s also possible to change the time zone preference from San Francisco Time to New York Time in the upper right section of the registration page.  Our apologies for the inconvenience.
