The White House recently announced a Week of Making (June 12-18), which will coincide with the National Maker Faire in D.C. this Summer:

They are hoping to get representation from all 50 states at the National Maker Faire, if you or a library colleague you know can participate, please have them sign up via the link below by the end of today,

Host a local event or activity in your community during the Week of Making- The Week of Making is aimed at creating more opportunities for individuals to
