REMINDER: For public libraries: October 5th is deadline to submit your summer reading statistics

Just a reminder that October 5th is the deadline to submit your public library’s 2015 summer reading program statistics for children’s, teen and adult programs (if applicable).
This is a FIRM deadline because the final report for the statewide program is due at the end of October.
To submit your statistics, go to Google Forms.
Don’t forget to save a copy of your statistics – hit print before you hit the submit button!
Our final report of all the libraries' statistics requires only the total number of books read. If your library keeps track of reading using something different, such as hours or minutes, please convert them to numbers of books
using this formula: 1 book = 1 hour (or 60 minutes), 1 book = 100 pages.
Please Note: You will not receive summer reading materials for the 2016 program without submitting statistics for 2015.
