As president of the Hoboken Public Library’s board of trustees, I’m delighted to announce that the Board is seeking candidates for the position of Assistant Library Director.  You may know of a potential candidate and I invite you to forward this email to those who may be interested.

 

The Library is part of an exciting, diverse, vibrant city and enjoys strong City and community support.

 

Support includes two non-profits focused on fundraising for both community outreach and renovation of our historic building.  

 

The Assistant Director will provide strong support to the Library Director, serving in the senior level of the management team.  The Assistant Director will be intimately involved with the Library’s strategic plan in managing the operational elements of the Library in support of the Library’s overall mission.

 

The attached documents provide details about the positon and process for applying.  Please note that the deadline for applications is Monday, 11/30/15.
