Hi Sharon,


I hope you are well.

I'm having deja vu.

My director is leaving and my board wants to appoint me Acting Director, again.

I want to be educated this time around before I accept.

I remember last time NJLA said I should call the State Library.

I was wondering if you would know the best person to speak to regarding Acting Director rights and salary expectations. My board is woefully misinformed and I would like to educate them.
