Dear Colleagues,

I have been in touch with InfoGroup a short time ago regarding our inability to access ReferenceUSA.  They are closed today and will not be back in the office until Tuesday.  That said our representative is trying to get in touch with their technicians at home to try to resolve this problem before the weekend.  There is a chance that it could be fixed this weekend but if not we will definitely have access on Tuesday.  Thank you very much for your patience and if you have any questions please let me know.
