Dear Colleagues,

The New Jersey State Library (NJSL) is requesting your assistance in completing a required evaluation of its Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA)-supported initiatives.  We have designed a survey to help us better understand how libraries and library patrons are making use of the LSTA-funded services and resources provided by the NJSL.  This survey should take about 15 minutes to complete.
