The LSTA Evaluation web survey period has been extended and will now close at midnight on Friday, December 23.  If you haven’t done so already, please help us by completing the survey before that time.  Following is some additional information about the survey:

The New Jersey State Library (NJSL) is requesting your assistance in completing a required evaluation of its Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA)-supported library initiatives during the past five years.  We have designed a survey to help us better understand how libraries and library patrons are making use of the LSTA-funded services and resources provided by the NJSL.  This survey should take about 15 minutes to complete.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete this survey. Your responses are very important to us and will help us assess the usage and benefit of LSTA-supported library services in New Jersey during the past five years and will help us plan for the next five years.
