On February 5, 2018 ReferenceUSA will enable geolocation authentication for New Jersey.  The following URL is a PDF with instructions for what must be done for geolocation authentication to work.

Libraries that do not wish to participate in geolocation authentication can turn off location sharing in the browsers on their public PCs and authentication will work as it has in the past.
