The public libraries should already have remote access in place via barcode authentication that we have entered in our system. They should not need username/password as they have easier ways already in place for patrons to access both on site and remotely. There is also the JerseyClicks portal. Academics generally have remote auth in place as well. K12 schools can contact us to determine the most efficient way for students to access. They should be IP authenticated at the school.
