This year the content is focused on community engagement and its benefit for public libraries (though academic libraries are welcomed and encouraged to attend)! As libraries seek new opportunities to meet their community at their “point of need”, strategic community relationships can lead the way to transformative service in which the library becomes more than just a “warehouse of knowledge”, it becomes an integral part of community life.
