Hi, Everyone,
I sent this message out for previous trainings but am sending it out again. If you are in a public library and are going to attend one of the trainings - today at 1 pm or May 11th at 10 am, I recommend downloading the app that READsquared is using, called join.me before the training - https://www.join.me/apps. The day of the training (today at 1 pm, May 11th at 10 am) the meeting code to join is “readsquaredtraining”
If you don’t want to download the app ahead of time, you can still join the training without preregistering here at this direct link: https://join.me/READsquaredTraining at the scheduled times above.
For audio, there is the option to connect using your computer speakers or by phone.
Phone Number: (302) 202-5900
Conference ID: 518-509-521 #
****** For many people, joining by phone worked better.
They also cover everything in an hour so they go rather quickly through the training. They recommend that you join the webinar 5 minutes prior to make sure your audio is working. They typically start the trainings 5 minutes after the scheduled time to allow for any last minute individuals, but due to scheduling demands they can’t push starting any later otherwise they can’t cover all materials and questions.
If you’re unable to attend any of the live trainings, here’s an recording of a training: https://recordings.join.me/J-6bZSa8-kSvsZcrlctvmw
If you have any questions, just let me know.
~Sharon
