Passing along this announcement for informational purposes only that the NJ Association of School Librarians shared. It’s an LGBTQ friendly virtual book launch on Tuesday, May 25th at 4 pm for a middle grade book set in NJ by NJ author Nicole Melleby.  She’ll be in conversation with author A.J. Sass via The Curious Reader Children’s Book Store in Glen Rock. Part of the proceeds of the sale of the book will go to the LGBT Reaching Adolescents in Need (RAIN) Foundation in Essex County that works to help homeless LGBTQ youth.
