Sent on behalf of the New Jersey Department of Health:
The New Jersey Department of Health is excited to share the following “Care During Pregnancy” resources which offer information and guidance to help pregnant individuals and their caregivers give birth and heal safely and respectfully. Evidence has shown that certain groups of people are at an increased risk of se vere illness and, therefore, need more support to stay healthy. This is especially true for pregnant individuals as they are at a higher risk for certain illnesses and serious health issues, such as those caused by COVID-19.
Resources can be found here: https://nj.gov/health/maternal/mcqc/
To facilitate the sharing of the resources provided, the NJ Department of Health has provided sample language and posts you can use. Feel free to use the language provided to describe the resources on your website or when you share via social media.
