On Monday March 14, 2022 from 7 - 8:15pm Pacific Castilleja School Library (Palo Alto, CA) will host a webinar featuring award-winning authors Daniel Nayeri and A.S. King on the subject of the recent rise in censorship around the country and the importance of challenging, meaningful, and diverse books for young readers. The target audience for this event is 8th grade and up, but the precocious among your younger students may be interested, and I hope it will hold interest for some in our employee and parent communities as well. Certainly anyone who is a big fan of Daniel or Amy (like me!) will be interested.
Also, the webinar will not be recorded.
