Please excuse cross postings
FYI,
I’m sharing this information below that I just received. Hopefully, some of you might be willing to ask some of the teens you serve if they might be willing to assist by taking the surveys. Eligible participants receive incentives for participating. Answering the surveys is voluntary and answers are confidential.

Good Morning,
Hope all is well. The Rutgers Center of Excellence in Rapid Surveillance of Tobacco (CRST) will be collecting data in New Jersey over the next five years to understand tobacco marketing, the tobacco marketplace, and nicotine/tobacco use in New Jersey teens and young adults. This Center is federally funded by the National Cancer Institute and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
While this project builds on the success of our PACE New Jersey Study (www.pacestudynj.org) and longstanding partnership with the New Jersey Department of Health, we need your help!
Our team is reaching out about a request to share the attached poster with teens in your schools or your communities. We are recruiting NJ teens and young adults for our NIH-funded tobacco surveillance study through January 31st and still need more teen participants across the state.
Greatly appreciate everything you do for NJ young people and please let me know if you have any questions!
Sincerely,
The Center for Rapid Surveillance of Tobacco (CRST) Youth and Young Adult Cohort Team
