Dear Colleagues, This is a friendly reminder that there are now less than two weeks left to submit your annual survey and Accuracy Certification, the deadline for both is March 15th.  Here are some helpful tips as the survey deadline draws near: 1. Census Trainings Resume for Public Library Staff

The regional census trainer contacted me on March 2 to let me know that he and his staff were now able to resume census training for public library staff, albeit on a very tight schedule. Prior to March 1, 2020, the CQA toll-free numbers are not available for public use. Beginning March 1, 2020, the English and Spanish language lines will be available to provide general information about the 2020 Census, including answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs), via an automated Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.
