Dear Colleagues, Today is the final day for submission of the Annual Survey. The Annual Survey will be locked tomorrow morning at 8:00AM. Any libraries which were unable to submit their survey by that time will receive a form to request an exception to the filing deadline. That form will need to be filled out and faxed to the State Library by 8:00AM March 21st 2016 for consideration by the State Librarian.
