Dear Colleagues,   The online filing of the annual Financial Disclosure Statement for trustees and commissioners will open March 30, 2015 and close April 30, 2015. Local Finance Notice (LFN 2015-06) will be released by the Department of Community Affairs in the upcoming weeks to clarify the process.  I will pass that information to you when it is available. Dear Colleagues,   NJSL is proposing the following amendments to the NJ Professional Librarian Certification rule. Amendments are proposed to clarify definitions, clarify and update the requirements for certification eligibility, clarify the issuing agency of a previously issued certificate, and to broaden representation of the State Library staff person on the Appeals Board to the State Library rather than one bureau of the State Library.
