Hi, all. Attached is the spreadsheet showing 1/3 mill for 2012 based on 2011 Equalized Valuation. For municipal libraries, this is the minimum expenditure the municipality may give to the municipal library for 2011. The amount shown assumes that the library\x92s budget is based on a calendar year and that the municipality is not using the 15% rule (below).
