It restores $4.299 million to the NJ Library Network and also keeps the original $3.6 million for the per capita state aid program. The State Library has received a request for donated books from a marine deployed on the naval aircraft carrier USS Peleliu with the Seventh Fleet in the Pacific. The marines and sailors are participating in a professional reading program to increase their knowledge of U.S. military history. He is looking for the specific titles listed below.
