The New Jersey State Library has been chosen to administer a grant to New Jersey public libraries using funds from the 2003 Compact Disc Minimum Advertised Price Antitrust Settlement Grant Program. The terms of the anti-trust settlement require that each library purchase digital music, including downloadable content.
