Hello all, This is a reminder that the due date for the Per Capita State Library Aid application (2008 NJSL10APP) submitted by the municipality/county to NJSL is March 15, 2009. If you have not received a copy of the application, please contact your municipality/county CFO to remind her/him of the deadline. While Verizon billing of data circuits has always been a significant problem for some libraries, there has been an increase in Verizon billing issues over the last few months, seemingly due to systematic resets of expired Access New Jersey contracts. Staff, with the input of NJLA, has developed a Federal Legislative Agenda which focuses on proposals for programs and services that fit in with the funding areas of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
