Participation in the 2018-19 Library Leadership Academy provides an investment in YOU and in the future of New Jersey’s libraries.

The Academy will offer relevant speakers addressing the dynamically changing world of today’s libraries.

In the course of this program you will engage with presenters on topics of importance to you and your community.  Topics covered will include:

• Branding & Marketing to reach your future users,
• Politics and Partnerships to expand your reach,
• Identifying Future Trends impacting tomorrow, and
• Assessing Community Needs to customize resource selection

You will have the opportunity to engage in hands-on training activities developed especially for librarians and have the opportunity to network with your peers. 

*** This program will be held over eight different sessions during the year at the Monmouth County Library, Headquarters Branch, in Manalapan, and participants are expected to attend all sessions. The fee is a bargain at $300 which includes continental breakfast and lunch at each of the eight sessions.  Space is limited to 30 registrants.
