Just passing this information along. I love attending this event. The registration fee is reasonable and it’s a lot of fun.

 

BankFest @ Bank Street

Bank Street College is holding their annual BookFest on Saturday October 20, 2018 from 9 am – 4 pm. Get the chance to hear and meet literary greats of the children's book community.  Panelists include illustrators, Maira Kalman and Stephen Savage as well as authors, Melissa Sweet, Candace Fleming, Rita Williams-Garcia and Roxie Munro.  The keynote speaker is Adam Gidwitz, Newbery Honor winner for The Inquisitor’s Tale: Or the Three Magical Children and Their Holy Dog. The program will take place in the Tabas Auditorium at Bank Street College, 610 West 112th Street between Riverside and Broadway.
