Please excuse cross postings
Hi, Everyone,
You might have seen some of the "imitation Tails and Tales" gear being sold by non-affiliated companies of the Collaborative Summer Reading Program (CSLP). We have a lawyer that sends cease and desist letters to vendors. But, I’m sharing this information with you to ask your help if you see anyone promoting knock off merchandise. Having companies cash out on CSLP’s hard work has a negative impact on the CSLP program.
Any company selling merchandise with CSLP slogans, such as “Tails and Tales”, or artwork NOT listed on the partnership page is infringing on CSLP intellectual property. Please help support CSLP. Tails and Tales™ is a CSLP trademark which may only be used with prior written permission.
Please do not purchase unauthorized merchandise, and please report infringement to Luke Kralik, CSLP Organizational Coordinator, ...@cslpreads.org" style="color: #2199e8; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: normal; line-height: 1.3; margin: 0; padding: 0; text-align: left; text-decoration: none;">luke...@cslpreads.org.
The official CSLP partners can be found here: https://www.cslpreads.org/membership-information/our-partners/.
Thanks!
All the best,
