Resonably priced yarn program for kids

We have had a program at the Clifton Library several times now, done by a woman who teaches kids how to make simple objects from yarn.  She calls the program Yarn Good Fun, and she does a great job.  Kids have made tassels, yarn dolls and pompoms and lots of variations – for Halloween she made yarn scarecrows, spiders and ghosts.  She’ll work with a variety of age groups – although we have geared our programs from ages 5 to 12.  We’ve also had both boys and girls at the programs and a number of pa ...Continue Reading

Hi All, I have made the Blue Jean Purse with no sew glue and large paperclips to hold in place. You can use many materials for the handles including  fabric trim or an old fabric belt just tie onto jean loops too! Decorate with glitter, patches &  buttons.
