Now that libraries have reopened for curbside service, I’ve requested that CSLP, the incentives vendor, ship the boxes with your free incentives (banner, poster, bookmarks (children’s, teen and adult) to all public libraries. It may take up to 4-5 business days to arrive.
While I don’t like promoting other programs besides the Collaborative Summer Library Program, I’m aware that not everyone from public libraries are ordering their own incentives from CSLP. So, here are some other summer reading programs that are offering coupons/incentives – although you may have to double check if they are still doing them in light of the pandemic.
We are teachers has 11 summer reading initiatives: https://www.weareteachers.com/10-summer-reading-programs-for-kids/
The Flanders Family Homelife blog lists other reading programs and incentives:

Applebee’s is offering coupons gain this year –although with the pandemic, you might need to double check. Here’s the link for more information: https://fundraisers.appleamerican.com/community/details.aspx?id=RpSQLtXpVUCQ7q4mJm0U5A
