Proposed Library Construction Bond Act Regulations Amendments Available for Public Comment

July 3rd 2023

The New Jersey State Library has proposed amendments of the Library Construction Bond Act regulations : N.J.A.C. 15:24-2.5, 2.6, and 4.1.  The proposals are now available for comment. The amendments proposed address issues that have arisen in implementation of grant awards in the context of the pandemic and its continuing effects, as well as a drafting error.
