Hi, all.   Following is a review of some of the changes to library law over the last five years. _Municipal, Joint, County and Association Libraries and PCSA_ The requirement to purchase a minimum number of periodicals was removed from PCSA regulations in 2010. (The requirement to hold back issues of periodicals was removed from the PCSA requirements in 2000.)
