Dear Colleagues, Frost and Sullivan market research reports will no longer be available statewide after today-July 31, 2013. Numerous changes will be made to statewide Ebsco databases tomorrow, August 1, 2013 as detailed on the spreadsheet available at http://lll.njstatelib.org/news/2013/jul/03/database_selections_fy2014. Many Ebsco resources will change effective August 1 so please review their database sheet. Hi, all. Following is a review of some of the changes to library law over the last five years. _Municipal, Joint, County and Association Libraries and PCSA_ The requirement to purchase a minimum number of periodicals was removed from PCSA regulations in 2010. (The requirement to hold back issues of periodicals was removed from the PCSA requirements in 2000.)
