NJ-PUB-LIBS Bristol-Myers-Squibb settlement funds

To those public libraries that elected to participate in this settlement, I have just received permission from the Attorney General’s office to use the funds more broadly. Once a library has used their funds to purchase items related to Karposi’s sarcoma, non-small-cell lung cancer, ovarian cancer and/or breast cancer, should there be funds remaining libraries are now allowed to purchase items related to other forms of cancer treatment and prevention.
