Recommendation for time frame for Return of Excess Funds to municipality for 2012: All municipal and joint libraries must determine whether or not the library has excess funding to return to their municipality on an annual basis. Dear Colleagues, The annual survey for Data Year 2011 will open for submission on Tuesday, January 17, 2012. In compliance with N.J.S.A. 18A:74-11 the survey will close on March 1, 2012. However, the New Jersey State Library will grant a one month grace period for late submissions. This grace period will end at 11:59PM on Sunday, April 1, 2012.
