Hi, all. As the 2010 Census figures are now available by municipality (attached), the PCSA based on 2010 data and paid around October 1, 2011 will be based on this new data. Please note that even if the population for a municipality changed, it does not necessarily mean that you will receive substantially more or less money than you received in 2010. For municipal and joint library directors: There has been a recent change in law affecting Municipal and Joint Libraries only.
