Hi, all. As the 2010 Census figures are now available by municipality (attached), the PCSA based on 2010 data and paid around October 1, 2011 will be based on this new data. Please note that even if the population for a municipality changed, it does not necessarily mean that you will receive substantially more or less money than you received in 2010. For municipal and joint library directors: There has been a recent change in law affecting Municipal and Joint Libraries only. The new law changes only the way the one-third mill tax raised for the public library is displayed on the tax bill (for the 3rd and 4th quarter for this year). The relationship between the municipality and the library does not change, and employees currently receiving health and pension benefits as part of the municipality will continue to do so.
