To All Municipal Library Directors and Trustees, If you intend to return funds to your municipality for FY11, based on the amount generated in the Proposed Transfer Form, this is a reminder that the proper procedure for doing so according to the law is to: 1. Submit a complete application packet to the NJ State Library 2. Wait to receive official approval from the State Librarian to transfer funding back to the municipality.
