In order to meet the competitive bidding requirement for E-rate, the New Jersey State Library has issued an RFP for connectivity to JerseyConnect. The RFP will close on December 13, 2010 and we will make an award announcement shortly thereafter. Once this process is complete you may choose to use this contract when filing for E-rate. The New Jersey State Library is now beginning the implementation of the training portion of the Broadband Technology Opportunity Program (BTOP) grant received in July 2010. All libraries in New Jersey will be able to participate in 4-hour trainings coordinated by the New Jersey Council of County Colleges\x92 Consortium for Workforce and Economic Development (The Consortium).
