Dear Library Director, NJSL is applying for funding under the Broadband Technology Opportunities Program (BTOP) to expand resources to the unemployed and underemployed as well as helping small business creation and growth through the public libraries of New Jersey. Hi, All. About 33% of the libraries (99) answered the survey. Percentages are as follows: "Do Not Change" - 18% "Reduce" - 27% "Eliminate" - 51% For those who answered "Other" (24%), all but 4 either agreed with one of the other choices or agreed with a slight variance. I counted these answers in the category closest to their answer. Four of the answers were either unclear as to their intent, or offered no opinion.
