The NJ Public Library Survey is now closed. Thank you to all who submitted (268 out of a possible 304). To complete the application, we also need the Accuracy Certification (from the library), the 2007 NJSLFY09APP (from the municipality) and any necessary attachments. PCSA applications (2007 NJSL09APP) submitted by the municipality/county to NJSL must be POSTMARKED no later than March 15, 2008. If you have not received a copy of the application, please contact your municipality/county CFO to remind her/him of the deadline. You need a copy of the application so that you can be assured that it was mailed to NJSL, and so that you can complete Part I of the survey (the survey is due April 4).
