age restrictions at children's events

Subject: age restrictions at children's events

Hi all, wondering if any libraries out there have stated explicitly in a policy that children’s events are only for the specified age of the child and a parent/caregiver (in other words, you can’t regularly attend children’s events if you are not bringing a child with you). Anything you can share is greatly appreciated!
