We've had our 3 AWE computers for just under a year.  One of them had an issue right at the beginning, but they repaired it promptly - haven't had a single problem with any of them since then and they are all used very heavily.  However, we've only used the printers a handful of times, since most of the kids using the AWE computers just play the games.  The print quality has been perfectly adequate for what we need. The second AWE computer had some problems, which appear to have been fixed. The first one has never needed repairs. The printer was terrible. I would look into Hatch, which is cheaper. Joanne M. Does anyone have experience with the new AWE all-in-one computer units?  Our contract is up on our old machines and we've had quite a lot of repairs over the past 5 years. I'm hoping that will not be the case with the new hardware.  Any input is appreciated!
