I am not the Interlibrary loan contact at my library, but I am part of the process. I'd like to take this oportunity to thank everyone who helps us to look SO good to our patrons who think we walk on water when we get them what they need.

One thing I'd light to ask (because I see this at least once a week): Can everyone be a bit more careful when filling requests when the material is NOT a book? We try to be very specific about requesting books on cd, only to get books on tape; or we ask for season 2 of a dvd set and get season 1 on VHS...you know, stuff like that. :D
