To All AGent Search and Resource Sharing Customers,

On Thursday Oct 2, 2008 AG will be installing and testing new firewall equipment.

From 9PM to 9:30PM Eastern time all system access will be interrupted so the new firewall can be installed. After the installation AG will perform a series of tests which may require adjustments to the firewall; while adjustments are taking place access to systems will be halted. The testing period should be completed by 1 AM at which time all services will be available without interruption.
